I formed The Martian Way in 2004 after a lengthy and enjoyable international holiday where I visited Britain, Europe, India, North America and New Zealand.

Apart from simply hiring the people best suited to the job, I felt that an international cast of personnel would provide the cosmopolitan feel and perspective that would enable broad acceptance for this music that is intended for people the world over.

I have included a photo of each member of the team taken in their favourite place, along with a moderately detailed biography, so that you can appreciate the diversity of culture that makes up The Martian Way.
